end of season sortie


I am having my last 10 days or so down south (as usual) went to the Kennet today met up with Graham E amd Chas K, couple of barbel came out but not to us 3.
I did however have a new PB weighed exactly 7lbs frightened me to bloody death when it leapt clear of the water 20 yds downstream.

Fat, spotty and bearded, .... pity it wasn't one of they big Kennet barbel, instead of a Yorky in a Eurotec 'at.
