Jasper

Our little fella has finally succumbed to his Arthritis,we made the decision to stop him suffering anymore and had him put to sleep yesterday. To all the people who met him on the banks of the Trent he wont steal anymore of your bait, share your pack up, swim out in your peg or watch your fish as you land them. Remember you never saw a rat in your peg while he was around!

Mike.

Made me laugh about the rats. We had a Border terrier that was my fishing dog. She died in my arms age 14 1/2. It broke my hard, she was a real rat killer, but as soft as a brush with our semi-ferral cat Polly.

We now have a new bitch some 18 months on. She is yet to prove herself. Good luck on the new job.

I will follow your blog now I've found you?

I to have a blog if you wish to look?
